As some of you already know, I declared my major. I'm studying Environmental Chemistry. Why chemistry you ask? I wanted to revisit it since high school (RIP to Ms. Bulgaris) and turns out, it was as interesting as it was back then, except a bit harder -_-. Speaking of Ms. Bulgaris, for those who've taken her class (some of you guys are here xD) did you notice her coughs were a bit heavy and congested sounding back when we were taking her class? This article kind of explains why. I don't read the Spectator anymore but I did a quick google search on her and this came up. Now that I think about it, I don't even remember reading the textbook in that class...maybe that's why chemistry is so hard now -_-.
So, back at home, my bro called me to say that he got a computer. Guess what that means? I GET HIS OLD ONE *does a dance.* In the Kim household, my brother gets dibs on the newest computer and then his old one gets passed down to me. I don't reallly mind because it's better than the current one I have which, evidently gets passed to my dad/mom. Then again, they are kind of using my computer right now so it's not that big of a change.
Speaking of inheriting my bro's new computer, as most of you might know (esp. Veronica xD) I'm a huge Sims 2 fanatic -_-... Usually, I play so much that I get tired of it right away but recently, I've been downloading a lot of custom items and skins (which is making me play even more) and also I'm away at college so I don't play it often. EA Games came up with a new expansion pack which allows you to use magic X_X!!! Also, the player gets to build apartment-like complexes instead of making a mandatory house. This might not excite you guys much but to me, it's very interesting~ I can't wait to go play when I go back *_*! Since my brother's old computer was the only computer that can run the game without lagging like boob, I get to play it ALL THE TIME MUAHAHHAHA. This will end my social life for sho' T-T.
Sorry I'm ranting about my personal life here. I felt like posting something here on WTB since it was a significant little part of my intarwebz life. I don't really use the phrase WTB anymore...probably because it's sort of weird saying that, in public anyhow. Then again, most of you don't post here anyway...SHAME XD!!!
And finally, I'll end this long post with...RANDOM ITEM OF THE DAY
Yesterday night, I was watching Good Eats and the potato ricer was mentioned. This is an essential tool for those who want incredibly smooth mashed potatoes. It takes it to a WHOLE 'NOTHA LEVEL.
Here's a picture of Julia Child, a chef with a beautiful personality, and a quote talking about her ricer she bought in the 50's:
"This is a great German potato ricer. It's good and solid. You see, the potato goes in and you go schoooom and out she comes! I love great big things like this, it really works very well. Of course it all comes apart for washing, so it's a very practical instrument." She's a doll xD...
This sort of remindes me of those KoOL KLuB emails I sent such a long time ago! Except this is longer and slightly more meaningful -_-... So ends the post that Hyo started. Please await for the future posts to come ;d~

Did you know Julia Childs was part of the british secret service? O_o I thought that was so funkeh when I found out...and her last meal was french onion soup
And yeah...I did notice Ms.Bulgaris' cough, it was kind of bad later...she was such a nice lady, I feel bad though because I didn't do any work in her class ^^;
and I did badly at chem in general..
Environmental Chemistry sounds like such a cool major..it sounds like it could be...a SUPER POWER! liek "STAND BACK! I'm going to use Environmental Chemistry to set things right!".....uhhhh haha xD I'm wierd =_=;
Anyway~~~ =D

and the sims game I tryed is called "The Sims Life Stories" O_o;.....it scares me I don't think I'm ever going to touch it again xD
OMG THIS IS AMAZING. I work at a small museum at school, and they gave me access to their blogger site, which they use to get out information about their upcoming events, so I had to join with my gmail account.. which is also signed up with this blogspot. So I had to unjoin this one, because sorry guys, but this blogger is very unprofessional and I really don't want her to associate me with a blog called Winds from my Ass. Anyway, so that's why I'm not a member anymore.
On another note, the reason I said THIS IS AMAZING is because TODAY at my school is Julia Childs day! (She is a Smith alum), and TODAY is the day I revisit blogspot and there is a post with Julia Childs. How insane is that.
ALSO, ENVIRONMENTAL CHEMISTRY?!?! OMG HYO SO HARD!! You put me to shame! I am majoring in American Studies, hahahha, but also hopefully double majoring in Government by the end of next semester. But whoa! Congrats!
@ Veronica: Aww, are you going to make another account just to post on WTB or is that too much effort ;_;? YEAH I WAS SURPRISED THAT I WROTE ABOUT JULIA CHILD! I read that she's from Smith College and I was like OMG VERONICA D:!!!!!!
BTW, I don't think she has an S in her last name-_-...but somehow we kept saying Childs, lol. How often do you visit WTB cuz that was insane X_X...
No, I think I'm just going to comment by doing it this way. And I NEVER visit this blog anymore, I completely forgot about it (until now) so it was sooo cool. And oh, you're right, I don't know why I kept saying Childs hahaha.
OH, and another Julia Child moment...I was playing Cranium with my family (cousins and brother, really) and one of my cousins had to act out Julia Child. OF COURSE, I was the first one to guess it correctly and quickly xD. My cousin did a really good impression too...but then again, it's not really hard to imitate her xD!!!
